The Economic Impact
- Spain's GDP had the 17th Largest Worldwide Decrease
- The Country's Unemployment is Predicted to Drop as Far as 17%
- The Bank of Spain Expects a Drop of 13% in GDP for the Coming Year
Restrictions
- All Visitors and Immigrants are Required to Pass a Health Check Before Being Granted Entry
- As of Now, People are Unable to Travel Outside of Their Residential Region (Andalucia, Catalonia, etc.)
- There is a Mandatory Curfew Enforced Along with a Restriction of How Late Most Businesses are Allowed to Operate
- Everyone Over the Age of Six is Required to Wear a Mask
Fiscal Policies
- Although Workers May be Laid Off, They Will Receive Government Sponsored Paid-Leave
- The Government will Ensure Liquidity to Help Stimulate Economic Activity
- Spanish Industries Engaged in International Trade will be Backed by the Government
- The VAT Tax will be Alleviated for the Importation of Goods for Emergency Victims
